Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is an initial meeting to discuss current or future interior design projects. All ideas and potential design implications are based on client input. Follow up appointments are separate and need to be booked at a later time. Detailed technical drawings, material selections, color palettes and mood boards are not included. Consultation payment is due before or at the beginning of the design appointment. Allow 48 hours for a response to all questions.
